From viewing test results and refilling prescriptions to receiving care virtually, Duly MyChart login portal and the Duly Health and Care app offer you easy access to your care team whenever and wherever you are.
MyChart is accessible online or download the free Duly Health and Care app to your smartphone or tablet. You can also securely access the MyChart account for family members or persons under your care with Proxy access.
How is Duly MyChart secure?
Duly Health and Care takes great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords.
Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Further, MyChart uses the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology with no caching to automatically encrypt your session with MyChart.
MyChart is fully compliant with federal and state laws regarding your privacy. Your name and e-mail address will be treated with the same care and privacy given your health records and will never be sold or leased by MyChart.
Duly MyChart Login
Please do not use MyChart to send any messages requiring immediate attention. For urgent medical matters, please call your doctor’s office.
New Patients: If you haven’t registered for a Duly MyChart account yet, on the login page, tap on the Sign-up Now button, and you will be redirected to a new page. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration process.
Step 1: To begin, open your preferred web browser and enter mychart.dupagemd.net/MyChart/Authentication/Login? in the address bar. This will take you to the main login page.
Step 2: On the Duly MyChart Login page, enter your username and password. These credentials are provided to you during your registration process.
Step 3: Click on Log in to access your dashboard. You can make a Duly Health Bill Payment, view statements, set up paperless billing, and pay balances securely online.
You’ll get automatically logged out after 20 minutes of keyboard inactivity. Even on the mobile app, 10 minutes of inactivity will trigger an automatic logout. To prevent happening, log out if you step away, even briefly.
Duly MyChart Login using two-factor Authentication
Beginning May 31, 2025, Duly MyChart two-factor Authentication will be required to log in to your Duly MyChart account and cannot be turned off.
You can skip 2FA for up to 90 days by selecting “Trust Device” when logging in to your Duly MyChart account with 2FA for the first time.
If you use biometrics (Face ID or thumbprint) to log in to your Duly MyChart mobile app, you will not be required to complete 2FA when logging in.
If you use a public computer or shared device, we recommend deselecting “Trust Device” when logging in. This should only be used on your personal devices.
How to Reset Your Duly Mychart Username/Password?
If you’re having trouble logging in or have forgotten your Duly Mychart Username/Password, follow the steps below for assistance.
1. Visit the Duly Mychart login section as you would always do when you want to log into your account, and click forgot login information.
How to Download the Duly MyChart App?
Yes, there is an App for that! Current DulyMyChart users can download the Duly MyChart mobile application, available at no cost. View test results, medications, immunisations, past and future appointments, and more.
The MyChart mobile application is currently available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Download instructions:
- Access the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device.
- Search for ‘MyChart’ to locate the application.
- Download the free MyChart application.
- Launch the MyChart application and select your healthcare provider.
- Log in using your MyChart username and password.
