There is an App to access the Duly MyChart App Features. Current MyChart users can download the MyChart mobile application, available at no cost. View test results, medications, immunizations, past and future appointments and more.
With Duly MyChart you have access to:
- Message your doctor’s office
- Begin an e-visit
- Schedule an appointment
- Schedule and conduct a Video Visit
- View test results
- Refill your medications
- View your health summary
- Track your health, including data from the Apple Health app when enrolled in self-tracking programs
- View your account summary balance or insurance
- The free Duly MyChart app from Duly Health and Care provides you access to all of your Duly Health and Care health records right at your fingertips.
How to Download Duly MyChart App
The Duly MyChart mobile application is currently available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Foow the download instructions below:
- Access the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device.
- Search for ‘MyChart’ to locate the application.
- Download the free MyChart application.
- Launch the MyChart application and select your healthcare provider.
- Log in to Duly MyChart using your MyChart username and password.
Note: If this is your first time using the app, please note that you can not access your account until you sign up for Duly MyChart. To receive an activation code for your own health record information, you may request an activation code at your doctor’s office or request an activation code online.
